Shipping Questions

Once a shipment leaves us it is in the hands of the shipping company.
You will have been forwarded tracking details – please check there first.
Then contact us via email.
Then check tracking again.
Very occasionally, and sometimes out of the control of anyone, shipments may get delayed. Kaboom Confetti accepts no responsibility for these delays and the impact they may have.
We are always happy to assist you in finding out when your shipment will arrive, though you understand that once a parcel leaves us it is out of our control.

If a parcel is lost in transit we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done with the freight company which can take up to 4 weeks from time we are notified your goods have not been received.
You may place another order, and if the courier company is found at fault we will refund the original order cost plus freight.

Until recently the response from airlines was no as confetti cannons are made with a pressurized cylinder and as such can not be taken on a plane.
However we have had experience with individuals being able to get PRIOR approval from their chosen airline to check in units.

In saying this it is obviously best to check with your airline first.

Dangerous goods approval request QANTAS the propellant used in our confetti units is compressed nitrogen.
Other airlines will have other requirements.

Yes you may be able to pick up today.
However all orders need to be placed through the website. You need to select the items, size and quantities you require.
Add them to your shopping cart.
Then navigate to the cart page where you will need to provide contact details.
Once you have done that an option will appear that enables you to select a box for pick up from Kaboom Confetti.
Select that.
In the customer notes section of that page please write the day you intend to pick up. (I/e today’s date)
Once we receive the order we will be in touch.

If we can not supply the same day we will get in touch with you asap and refund your order in full.

Due to the nature of our products we currently only ship our pressurized confetti cannons to Australia. Our other products can be shipped anywhere in the world – please contact us via our contact us page to arrange.

Sadly no… As we utilize the services of several different courier companies they are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, or parcel lockers. If this is a problem please contact us before ordering.

Not long! Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 1 working day.

When your order is shipped through one of our chosen freight partners, you will receive an email and / or text message detailing tracking details and instructions for updates regarding your order. In this regard we ask that you ensure your contact details are correct when placing an order.

Kaboom Confetti’s production is located in Tullamarine, Victoria: Ideally located not far from Tullamarine Airport at the merge between the Tullamarine Freeway and Western Ring Road. If you live locally or are passing by and you’d like to collect an order you are very welcome!
You do need to order before coming out so we can have everything ready for you.
Simply order as normal through the checkout page, once you have entered your address a checkbox option will appear to pick up from Kaboom Confetti.
Select that.
Complete your order and we will be in touch shortly through the contact details you provide at checkout.

Returns

No problems – as Australia’s premier confetti company we hope all of our customers are 100% happy with our products, however, should an item be faulty or unsatisfactory upon receipt please return it to us in its original, unused and unmodified condition, with the completed returns form, and we will investigate and courteously exchange it or refund you, in the same form as your original payment.
If you have photos/videos please arrange for them to be made available upon request.

For your protection, please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting/return when you return items to us as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

The delivery / shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note we do not accept returns of unwanted disposable/electronic confetti cannons / powder cannons as we cannot resell them as they are custom filed for each and every order.

For any non-pressurized stock lines which are unwanted, a written request must be sent within 14 days of order being placed.
All returned goods are subject to a 35% Restocking Charge.

In the check-out process, there is an option to “Enter voucher code.” Simply enter your unique voucher code, and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

Pricing questions

Yes we will – in fact we will even beat it or give you additional products with your order.

What you will find is that the others can’t match our service!

Should you see something we have missed:-
You will need to provide advertised proof of the price or quotation.
The item is identical (eg. same brand, model, colour)
Competitors price is current and is in Australia.
The advertised price is not a special, sale price or run out special.
The competitor has stock available.

Payment questions

To make it nice and easy for you, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payment by PayPal.
You also have the option of direct bank deposit – Please note goods will not be shipped until payment clears.

What’s more if you pay when ordering there are NO transactional charges.

We are unable to process phone orders.

Gender Reveal FAQ

Unfortunately we no longer offer this service.
As we operate as a warehouse, production and event service provider we are not always at our warehouse.
ALL orders need to placed through the website before you come. No exceptions!
When you have placed the order we will be in contact via email to provide details as to how you / friend / doctor can notify us of gender.
We will then be in contact detailing contact less pick up procedure.

That is fine – by ordering ASAP you secure your spot in line, so when we do get the gender you jump to the front of the packing line.
When you place your order you will get a order number that is unique to you.
Once we receive your order and we are ready to go we will contact you via email (if you do not receive an email within 24hours please check your spam folder).
The email will give you direct contact details of one of our awesome team.
Then when you have your results either yourself or your designated person can email, call or sms our team and notify us.
To ensure correct service we require you to quote your order number and name the booking was made under.
