Where was a great place to party for New Years Eve in Melbourne?

Many headed up to the rooftop for views and brews this New Year’s Eve.

State of Grace hitched up its skirts and reopened down the road and this was a perfect reason to throw a wild New Year’s Eve party. The massive bar and restaurant has returned after a two-year hiatus and has brought back its luxe New Year’s Eve Cotton Club party with it.

Named after the famous New York City nightspot, State of Grace’s Cotton Club was a smashing new year’s eve party with three levels of revelries. If you are a fan of fireworks then in future make sure you book in for Cotton Club’s rooftop package. With five hours of beer, wine and basic spirits, substantial canapés, a DJ and top notch views of the sky, we reckon this was an awesome spot come New Year’s Eve.

If rooftops aren’t really your thing then there’s still more fun to be had come New Year’s Eve at State of Grace.
Love (or live) to eat?
The venue’s restaurant dished up a delicious four-course dinner for the occasion where the likes of whisky-smoked duck breast, green pea ravioli, maple cheesecake and strawberry and prosecco pop – it is New Year’s Eve after all!

State of Grace’s secret cellar bar Fall From Grace was also opened for business. Guests to the hidden bar received a special cocktail on arrival then enjoyed a generous amount of canapés and grazing food plus five hours of drinks in the schmick underground bar.
