Can I take confetti cannons on a plane?

“They are not allowed in planes because if they accidentally pop, the crew would have to clean up all the confetti afterward…. “
Until recently the response from airlines was no as confetti cannons are made with a pressurized cylinder and as such can not be taken on a plane.
However we have had experience with individuals being able to get PRIOR approval from their chosen airline to check in units.

In saying this it is obviously best to check with your airline first.
To submit a request with QANTAS complete this form.
Dangerous goods approval request QANTAS the propellant used in our confetti units is compressed nitrogen.
Other airlines will have other requirements.
